4. The last and final Pillar of Success is IMPLEMENTATION. How you choose to implement your leadership will dictate how your team operates. The level of success of you achieve as a leader will be determined on the way you treat those around you. We live in a more informative society than ever before, and we must be cognitive of how we speak and deal with each other. The foundations for implementation Include:

  • 8. Fairness: You must make sure you are holding all of your employees accountable, and not showing favor amongst your coworkers. When you allow an individual to create their own rules it sends a message that your leadership is inconsistent.

  • 9. Consistency: When implementing systematic improvements or company policies you must insure, you are being consistent. This means consistently IMPROVING, consistently GROWING, and Consistently being AVAILABLE for your team.
